2. Essential technologies

The website is expected to be built and delivered using technologies including Next.js and Vercel. Hosting and delivery infrastructure may use technical cookies or similar mechanisms for website delivery, load balancing, network management, security, bot protection, performance, and reliability.

These technologies are generally necessary for the operation and security of the website.

3. Fonts

The website is expected to use the Outfit and Playfair Display font families. If these fonts are served from Google’s infrastructure rather than hosted locally, Google may receive technical request data such as your IP address and browser-related information in order to deliver the font files.

4. Consultations

The consultation page is expected to refer to Google Meet as the primary tool for video consultations. If users choose to book or attend a consultation using Google Meet or related Google services, their interaction with those services will also be subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.

The website design also includes a placeholder or mock-up for a potential Cal.com integration. Based on the configuration currently intended for launch, this integration is not expected to be active unless and until implemented.

5. Analytics and advertising

Based on the website configuration currently intended for launch, we do not intend to use:

• Google Analytics (GA4);
• Meta Pixel;
• Hotjar;
• LinkedIn Insight Tag; or
• similar analytics or advertising trackers.

If this changes, we will update this Cookie Notice and, where required, request consent before deploying non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

6. Forms and user input

The website design currently includes certain visual form interfaces, including:

• a contact form;
• login and signup fields; and
• email contact links.

Based on the website configuration currently intended for launch:

• the contact form is not expected to transmit submitted information through the website unless and until activated;
• the login and signup form is not expected to transmit submitted information through the website unless and until activated; and
• email links will open the user’s own email application and will not by themselves create website cookies, although any email sent by a user will be processed through the relevant email systems.

7. Browser storage

Based on the website configuration currently intended for launch, we do not intend to use localStorage, sessionStorage, or similar browser-side storage for analytics or tracking. If this changes, we will update this Cookie Notice.
